Mission Statement
The mission of Bags Not Rags (BNR), an organization benefiting foster children in the United States, is to maximize the effectiveness of every dollar contributed to charity by providing foster children with luggage-style bags to transport their belongings and to ensure that these children only see garbage bags where they belong…in a garbage can.
